Introduction of rock wool pipe making equipment:

This equipment is developed and produced by our company. It possesses simple structure, with high practicality, and consists of seven relative separate machines.

a) Semi-automatic pipe rolling machine (Diameter of pipe:φ20φ114mm        1 unit

The work process as: the rock wool will be taken by manpower on the rolling machine which will automatically roll the rock wool felt into pipe. Diameter of pipe is φ20φ114mm.

b) Semi-automatic pipe rolling machineDiameter of pipe φ110φ315mm          1 unit

The work process as: the rock wool will be taken by manpower on the rolling machine which will automatically roll the rock wool felt into pipe. Diameter of pipe φ110φ315mm.

c) Sizing machine          1 unit

This machine is used to shape and size the rock wool pipe from rolling machine. And then the shaped pipe will be taken into curing oven to be dried and solidified.

d) Pipe core extractor (Pneumatic)         1 unit

This machine is used to extract the pipe core in the rock wool pipe which is solidified.

e) Air compressor (0.3m³)         1 unit

The air compressor is used to supply compressed air for the extractor.

f) Trimming machine          1 unit

The trimming machine is with the double band saw blade. It is used to trim the rock wool pipe both sides.

g) Slotting machine            1 unit

With V fixing structure, this machine is used to slot the rock wool pipe.

h) Coal gas generator (Diameter: 800mm)          1 set

Note: the pipe core of rolling machine and the curing oven which is built by bricks will be prepared by user. (The seller will provide the technology direction.)
