A.ROCK WOOL INTRODUCTION:
Rock wool is a kind of vitreous fiber that gets from slag, basalt, limestone and dolomite through fusion and fiber forming technique. It is highly efficient in offering thermal insulation and sound insulation protection. It is widely used in building industry, chemical field, textile industry, and many other fields.

C.BOARD FORMING SYSTEM
The curing oven is one important machine in raw fiber formation process. The raw fiber pleated by the upper and lower conveyors in curing oven, and then heated and dried through hot blast system. Then the raw fibers form into cured wool with certain width and density.
The curing oven adopts modular type, the productivity of line is based on number of modules.
The heating section of curing oven include three zones, front end, middle end and back end. The return air form hot wind circulating in the front end of hot blast furnace, the hot blast machine blow hot air into heating chamber of curing oven, then hot air through wool layers solidify wool fibers covered with resin, the wool fibers come into shaping.
D. OTHER EQUIPMENT
Raw material feeding system
The raw material feeding system actually consist of raw material storage, transportation, mixing and feeding system, then conveyed to the cupola furnace for melting, the whole batch plant is controlled automatically by PLC system, and modular design makes the transportation and installation more convenient and faster.
Cupola Furnace melting system
Cupola furnace is divided into three parts, include: furnace bottom, hearth and furnace stack.
The function of furnace bottom is to store molten iron produced during production. And molten iron should be released periodically.
The hearth is to stack coke and support material. Also it’s the store place of lava and molten iron. When lava reaches up to a certain height, lava will flow to the launder.
The furnace stack is the melting part of cupola furnace. It is the working space of coke burning, raw material preheating and melting.
Centrifuge fiberizing system
The 4-roller centrifuge fiberize the melting lava to fiber of high quality by high speed spinning, which is the most important part of fiberizing system. And the binder plant spray the binder onto the fibers from inside and outside. The reliable oil spray lubrication system could lower down the temperature of machines and prevent dust.
Rock wool pendulumand allocation system
This system is composed of wool collecting conveyer and pendulum conveyer, we adopt robust structure and advanced triangle wool forming chamber, the pendulum-type forming system make the fibers spread on the conveyer of production line evenly and steady.
The suction system ensure the negative pressure condition of wool forming chamber, the force of suction and wind force from centrifuge could make fiber enter into forming conveyer. Our forming chamber could produce the mats with low density while not affect the quality.
Cross and longitudinal cutting system
The cutting system includes cross cutting machine, longitudinal cutting machine and scrap recycling machine. The longitudinal cutting machine is equipped with recycling system which decide the width of board and cross cutting machine decide the length. The TCT saw blade could cut the board of high density.
